If you experience any quality-related issues, you are entitled to utilize our 7-20 day return and exchange policy. To initiate a return, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your item to report the issue. You will then have up to 20 days to return the product.

When making a return for a quality issue, please provide:

Any supporting images or documentation.
Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the product. If the return is approved, we will process an exchange or refund accordingly. Quality-related issues include problems such as a clasp failure, detachment of parts, or evident defects in material.

Non-Quality Issues
